Do you ship internationally?
Yes, CeramicPotter ships worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination country. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are not included in the checkout total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
Can I request special shipping arrangements?
If you have specific delivery needs—such as a scheduled delivery, white-glove service, or unique packaging—please reach out to us before placing your order at support@ceramicpotter.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the item(s) ordered. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, all delivery windows are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Shipping delays due to carriers, customs, or external events may occur and are beyond our control.
Is free shipping available?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of each order. While we occasionally offer promotional free shipping, certain items—particularly large or heavy pieces—may be subject to additional shipping fees. Can I return an order?
At CeramicPotter, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade pieces. As each item is made with care and often one-of-a-kind, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ceramicpotter.com, including your order number and clear photos of both the item and its packaging. Once reviewed, we’ll provide an appropriate resolution—such as a replacement or refund.

What if I miss my delivery?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may attempt redelivery or hold your package at a local facility for collection. If the parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, you may request reshipment by covering the shipping cost again, or receive a refund minus the original shipping fee.
